Shipping policy

 

All ready to ship orders may take up to 5-10 business days to process. This does not include shipping time. 

After receiving your tracking number, allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated. (Due to Holiday Season delays will occur. Items may appear as "pre-shipment" or "in-transit" for several days.)

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE?
-Contact your post office to start a claim, they are responsible for lost packages. 
-Unfortunately, we do not cover stolen packages.
