Return and Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges -If anything is wrong with your order please email me: LosAngelesCrafts@gmail.com

Shipping Policy

• All ready to ship orders take 3-5 business days to process and ship. Shipping turn around time depends on the delivery service used. 
• Please allow 24-48 hours after tracking is received to see an update
• During the holidays delays will occur, allow more than 24-48 hours for tracking to update
• Pre order shipping will be different for each product. You will find an estimate shipping time on the products name and description. If you order more items on the same pre order listing, shipping will be together. 

Lost or Stolen Package

Unfortunately, we do not refund or replace lost or stolen packages. If the tracking states “delivered” we are not at fault for any misplaced, lost, damage or stolen packages. - Please file a claim with your local post office / delivery company used. 

Cancel Order

Please email me asap so I can cancel your order. After tracking is created I may not be able to cancel your order.
